All orders are shipped within 12 to 48 hours of you placing the order. We have set multiple shipping choices for you to choose from. However, if you decided to choose the Free Shipping option, we'll use DHL eCommerce, USPS or EMS depending on your location and the fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame for the Free Shipping option is between 10 to 22 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays or weather problems.
